I also think we should consider the environmental creds of the wine we buy. How sustainable is the wine? What are the wineries doing to support the environment? I know Banrock Station wines are out there supporting wetland regeneration, native species habitats, etc, (check out their latest project: http://www.banrockstation.com.au/plantatree). Why not pick wines for people who also have an environmental conscious?

Cabo is definitely home to some of the beach beach resorts in the world. One of my favorites is Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, the hotel is simply stunning!
